I know. That show has been very instrumental in the exposure of this lifestyle in a more mainstream sort of way. I can't say it always paints lesbians in
a good light because apparently they can't stay true to anyone. People drop each other left and right. I'd like to think that just because you're a
lesbian or bi, you're incapable of that. Well that and we don't all drive fancy Saabs and work in West Hollywood where our favorite spot int he
restaurant is always available for the taking. Yeah right!

I'm an avid L-Word fan (total convention freak) but i think the last season showed that it's hit it's peak, i'd rarther have fond memories (an
Dvds) of a great show, than have it go on too long an become generic.
Shenny? nah, can't get onboard with that. Humm Tasha or Clea? I love Tash but kinda thinking Alice an Clea.......total cuteness potential |

yup, i definitely agree on that one as well!
"When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like
an hour. That's relativity."

hello ladies, I watched all episodes from season 1-5. This show is really really nice..I can't
wait for January'09 for Season 6. I hope Tasha and Alice will remain as lovers, I mean Tasha sacrificed her military career...I really hope !!!

Season 6 looks AWESOME! I can't wait to see it!
Too bad it's the last season, but yay for spinoffs! I don't think it's going to be as awesome as The L Word, but we'll see. "When you are courting a nice girl an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder a second seems like
an hour. That's relativity."

I wonder if Jenny Schecter was the intended victim, or perhaps her roommate Shane was the real target. Did they ever discover who really burned down her salon?

O.K. New theory:
Maybe it's their version of "The Bitter Tears of Petra van Kant"? |

I thought the final season was a complete wash. The writing was as inconsistent as ever and there was no real closure. I think season 6 was a set up for the
now defunct spin off The Farm (Showtime decided last week to give it a pass.). I feel like I wasted six years of my life on this show. And I am so sick of
reading about how groundbreaking a series it was. Granted, that is true, I just wish it had had the consistency and quality of writing as Queer As Folk did.
Gay women are still getting the shaft in Hollywood. It pisses me off greatly.
